My kids are all about collectibles, so when we discovered some of their favourite characters had been reimagined into the coolest new collectibles on the toy shelves excitement levels were high. WOW! Though as we found, the light doesn’t stay on continually to save on power, but the kids had great fun lighting them up at night and really seeing the illumination in all its glory.
Even cooler is that the pods all have the ability to interconnect with clever little grooves and ridges that allow you to create a variety of structures to display your pods. Of course with so many characters in the collection and thus numerous possibilities for constructing them together, my littles are keen to keep building their WOW! POD family.
Each pod comes with a tag to scan on your phone, using a QR code scanner and this takes you to the website where the other characters can be viewed. Characters from DC, Marvel, Disney Frozen, Disney Princess, Disney Classics, Disney Pixar, Harry Potter and Trolls World Tour are all represented in these fabulous little hexagon light boxes ($29.95 each).
