Everyone who knows me knows how much I love Halloween but can you believe I’ve never engaged in the tradition of carving a Jack O’Lantern!! Funnily enough my kids and I saw a heap of pumpkins at our local grocers and decided this was the weekend we’d finally get carving and then would you know it, this fabulous activity fell into my inbox!

Paddy’s Market Haymarket is hosting a spooky pop-up this weekend where kids and their adults can come along for a unique Jack-o-lantern Carving workshop.


Paddy's is hosting wicked workshops and pumpkins aren’t the only thing to slice and dice. You can choose from a range of frightening fruits and vegetables to create your own devilish design.

 

When: Saturday 26 October (11am class and 1pm class)

  Sunday 27 October (11am class and 1pm class)

Where: Paddy's Markets Haymarket - 9 - 13 Hay Street, Haymarket

Cost: $20 per person

Inclusions: Your choice of fruit or veg (pumpkin, eggplant, papaya, watermelon, pineapple or rockmelon) to create your own Halloween jack-o'-lantern, carving tools, candles and guidance from a professional food carving artist. Special child-friendly carving tools are available.
